The situation was pressing and constantly evolving.  Built a rapid sensing system to understand the challenges at the leading edge of the change. Designed experiences to be delivered across a population of 15,000 managers to address these needs. Designed a programme to develop their 30 most senior leaders, based on a needs analysis and in close partnership with the CEO and Global HRD. The program delivered results through a series of interactive group sessions over the years. The secret sauce of the programme wasn´t the content; it was the conversations which drove application. Following these sessions, each leader had one-on-one coaching to clarify next steps. Each leader held team discussions about their learnings, so expectations were transparent, and their teams could hold them accountable.
