The framework and supporting sessions clarified and strengthened behavioral and performance expectations. Sometimes change gets stuck, or derailed.  This happened at the worst possible time for this media company. An extensive series of facilitated conversations, with the exec and team members, identified the cause. There had been a significant shift in the psychological contract; and as a result, employees were with-holding discretionary effort. With that insight in mind, a series of experiences and opportunities were developed to rebalance the psychological contract and engage the whole business in the transformation. The program helped the organization recover its ‘swagger’, while regaining their leading position in the market.
